Hydraulic adaptors code name description

1.Straight part No.

2.Elbow part NO.:Add suffix”4”for 45 elbow and suffix ”9”for 90 elbow to the straight part number.e.g,1BG9-04OG and 1JT4 -08-06SP

3.Tee Part NO.

4.Cross Part NO.

In general for cross fitting,the four ends thread is the same.If different,the first group means left,the second group means up,the third group means right and the fourth group means down.

5.Don’t need material code if the material is carbon steel,and the code for other materials is defined as following:

Example of order:

If 1BG left end thread is G1/2”x14 and right end thread is G3/4”x14，the carbon steel fitting number is 1BG-08-12.If made of stainless steel ,the fitting number is 1BG-08-12SS

If AJJN left and therad is 9/16”x18,mid end thread is 9/16”x18 and right end thread is Z1/2”x14,the carbon steel fitting number is AJJN-06-06-08.

Hydraulic Adaptors numbering convention

1.straight adaptors numbering scheme

• 1. Add "OR" after the original code, which means adding O-RING on the 60°, 74, 90° outer cone, such as 1J-06-04OR, which means adding O-RING on the second end, namely -04 end cone :1J-06-04/2OR means that O-RNG is added at both ends, namely -06 end and -04 end.
• 2. The expression method of Swivel Female/Swivel Female (with crimp nut) is that the first digit is 7, and then S (Note: S is the first letter of SWIVEL), such as 7B-08S, 7NU-08S.
• 3. The representation method of Male/Swivel Female (sleeve nut) is that the first digit is 5, and then S is added at the back (Note: S is the first letter of SW small VEL), such as 5J-08-12S.
• 4. When the W-end welded pipe is short, add S after the code (Note: S is the first letter of SHORT), such as 3BW-08-20S.
• 5. For the straight pipe used for the ferrule type, it is represented by W, and P is added at the back, such as 1BW-08-18P, which means that the second end is a straight pipe, which is used for the ferrule type, not for the welding type.

The first letter X indicates that the four ends are all Male crosses.

The first letter Y indicates that all four ends are Swivel Female spools.
